Hi,

There's a lot of way to get false purple reports.
I have already had a lot of those damned purple reports.
To begin you should see on ypur BBDISPLAY if you have data about those two test, look at bbvar/histlogs/mail_domain_com.
I you have repertories called DNS and FTP bingo we win.
Just stop BB, If you have a relay stop both.
and run bb/bin/bbrm/mail.domain.com DNS
and bb/bin/bbrm/mail.domain.com FTP

if you don t have those repertories ask back, it should be more complicated.
