{bb} HTML formatting problem with <PRE> tags

I’m looking for the script that is adding the <pre> tag to the report generation, does anyone know where it is on the server?  Any ext script run from a client that tries to echo HTML is getting messed up.  I’ve even tried to put in </pre> <pre> around that html, but it’s just sourced as text(As seen below).  I noticed a post back in February with the same question, but it seems to have gone unanswered.

Thanks in advance,

Adam
