{bb} New Script

I wrote an ext script that allows any client to check that a path exists to 
it's essential peers.  We had a problem wherein two computers were up and 
pingable from BB server, but they could not contact each other.  Major 
disaster.  
My script will not be used in production because the Senior Unix admin has 
scrapped the idea in favour of using the build in PSSP tools.  If you guys 
want me to post the script, let me know.
