RE: {bb} Damn Purple Dots

That's why you got the purples, in the first place.  The "-" indicate that there is no reports from that particular external test(s).  Check your external script and BBOUT for clues as to why this test is no longer executing.  Did you remove it's entry from $BBHOME/etc/bb-bbexttab?

Subject: {bb} Damn Purple Dots

Hi –

In trying to get rid of those damned purple dots, I tried to delete the logs in bbvar/logs.  I deleted these because it was the only thing that I could find that seemed to fit the instructions from the manual:

  •  $BBLOGS - this is the only one that really matters
  • $BBHIST - these are just to be tidy
  • $BBHISTLOGS

Now none of my ext tests work.  All I get is the “-“ under the test name.  Stopping and starting BB does not fix this.

How do I get my tests back?

Thanks,

Steve Gingolaski
