I'm going to assume you have 2 separate instances of BB running
each with their own BBDISPLAY.

To monitor BBDISPLAY2 from the first instance of BB, just add
it to the bb-hosts file, i.e.:
1.2.3.4 BBDISPLAY2 #

and vice versa.  They'll show up like any other monitored system.
