reason being is that our BBSERVERs are
in the "DMZ" of our network..
so clients internally on each end can
send to their respective DMZ's....
BUT..
each DMZ can't monitor each internal
network (would be breaching then entire WAN)

The client and server package have been broken up. See
http://bb4.org/ for downloads.
However, unless you have a massively complex installation, why
not just run 2 BBDISPLAYs in parallel and use the failover script?
