1) Use the dialup keyword (read BB manual). It'll show at the bottom of the page though...
Not very elegant...

A better solution would be:

2) Use the fping.sh (from bb-fping.tar) and use its list directive.

It allows you to write a definition like this:

0.0.0.0	multihomed.dot.net	# list 10.1.1.1,10.1.1.2,10.1.1.3,10.1.1.4
worst

This pings all four IP addresses and assigns the dot the worst color (optionally "best").
When you clik on that dot you'll see a page with four IPs and dots.

Installing bb-fping.sh requires a bit more work than just modifying the bb-hosts file, but then you have access to the badconn directive (to ignore short conn losses), the route directive (to define dependancies on routers conn test) and the class directive (to have different polling intervals for different classes of devices), and conn testing becomes more effective.

More resource efficient alternatives written in Perl do exist, but as far as I know they do not have this "list" functionality.
