{bb} Has anyone made bb-lmgrd.tar.gz work?

Has anyone made bb-lmgrd.tar.gz  work?
It gens a web page, and rrds and builds png graph via a "special batch 
grapher" because "the cgi didin't work),
but the link on the lic page don't work .
