Um, is LARRDHOME set correctly in larrd-config.pl?

Also, how can both your BB and WWW users write to a dir that is 755?  (Unless they are one and the same account, which I wouldn't recommend...)  Who owns the directory?

Kicking yourself is only a good idea if it will remind you to back it up *this* time. :-)
