{bb} email notifications help

Hello,

 

I am trying to get email notifications working in version 1.9c.

 

Below is a list of the parameters set in the bbwarnsetup.cfg, the person who set this up initially is no longer here and i am trying to determine why the email notifications are not being sent out. The rules have been added to the bottom of the bbwarnsetup.cfg rather than the bbwarnrules.cfg, but i assume that's allowable.

 

Would someone be kind enough to take a quick look at tell me if anything obvious jumps out as being a reason that email notifications would not be working?

Any help greatly appreciated.
