That's incorrect, those files contain different things. The
bbwarnrules.cfg file contains the "who and when" rules. They have the
form "hosts;exhosts;services;exservices;day;time;recipients". Everything
else (including the page and host group definitions) go into the
bbwarnsetup.cfg.

This translates to "only page on red and purple (stale) alerts" and
"send only e-mail for red and purple alerts"

These look plausible.

Not strictly necessary, since they are all the same, but logical.
