The files in the www/html/ directory are generated by the bbd daemon
when it receives a status message (and you have "BBLOGSTATUS=static").

So if no files show up, check that

a) the bbd daemon is running, and has write access to the www/html/
   directory;
b) BBLOGSTATUS is set to "static" (this is the default)

Also look in the BBOUT file - you should see errors there if 
something is completely hosed.
