I've been there/done that:

The dir:
drwxr-xr-x    2 bb       bb          12288 Jul 28 09:46 html 

The files are similarly bb:bb with 644 (as I would expect for Apache)

The settings in bbdef-server.sh


BBLOGSTATUS="STATIC"
export BBLOGSTATUS



Still poking around...


(we have bb pro, so I may just call bb...)
