It's quite an odd error. It might have been due to a combination of
filename completion and a lack of caffine.

The only other colour that makes much sense would be "yellow". Typically
they are non-critical or warning conditions. In general I'd only
recommend sending pages for these if you don't normally have a human
looking at the BB screen.
With your set-up, there is no need to have anything listed in
pagelevelsmail. Many people have problems with this option since it
works by suppressing all non-mail pages for the colours listed.
Because you only have e-mail recipients defined, there are no other
types to suppress.
Another thing that you might have to consider, depending on your
environment, is the reliability of your paging mechanism. I'm
guessing that you're using some type of e-mail to pager service
which means that a major network outage might stop all the alerts.
If that thought brings you out in a cold sweat, you might look
into putting a modem on the BBPAGER machine and configuring it
to dial the pagers directly.
