BGP detection doesn't seem to be working right on it

[clear]  1.2.3.1   AS 1  idle  00:00:00
[green]  1.2.3.2   AS 8  established  6 weeks, 4 days, 11:33:27
[green]  1.2.3.4   AS 2  established  2 weeks, 16:51:34
[green]  1.2.3.5   AS 3  established  6 weeks, 4 days, 11:32:44
[clear]  1.2.3.6   AS 4  idle  00:00:00



Everything is either green or clear, and the two AS that are idle are admin
down


But the page is red, and it's paging me on it... Any thougts?
