When you configure the bbclient (I assume that's the BB client for
MS-Windows), make sure you define "Saved Logs Directory" to be an
existing directory, AND your iishealth script dumps its' status
log there. If that directory is undefined in the bbclient config,
or your script puts its' output-files elsewhere, you'll never
see the status message going to the BB server.
