{bb} Paging on conn only
I have an external script which sets down and up a line in a router, i,e,
resets the line, via snmp when connection is lost. This takes care of many
lockups. (I know this does not help discovering why the lockups appear,
but we regard it as incompatibilities between cisco and intel routers)
The line in bbwarnrules used to be
hostname;;*;;*;*;ext-pgdownup-hostname
But then the line was also reset when the disk was full. So I changed it
to
hostname;;conn;;*;*;ext-pgdownup-hostname
But now the script is not run, even when the conn test failed.
In the notifications.log I se events like hostname.conn so the conn
parameter is being passed to the script.
Why no "paging"?
