Re: {bb} BB Client and firewall problem
Hey Matt,
look at the time stamps you use on the files you transfer. BB sets
the time stamp on a file to be the time at which the state will turn
purple. If you want non-purple, at the time you transfer the file, set the
time stamp 30 minutes in the future.

Sean,
Sorry for the direct approach, but I haven't seen my issue in the Majordomo
list. I was wondering if you have designed or were thinking about a
solution to BB clients unable to send cpu/disk information to a BB server
behind a firewall. I tried rigging it by 'scp-ing' the html and log files,
the server picks it up(bb.html) but the state always remains in purple. I
have a cron job on the client scp-ing the files every 5 minutes. There
isn't an option(company policy) to create a BB server where the BB clients
reside. Any ideas?
Thanks for your time,
Matt
