These number just dont add up. If bbd takes up 99.9% CPU, then how can
kswapd take 61.9%, mkbb.sh take 10.4% and bbmrtgATT-C1 take 8.3?
So I think the 99.9% CPU time is a "red herring" - your real problem
lies elsewhere. I suspect you may be seeing the kernel memory-leak
that has been reported several times on this list; a tell-tale sign
of that would be that your system uses lots of swap-space, and the
problem gradually goes worse after some time.
So far I haven't seen any solution for this problem short of
installing a non-Red Hat kernel without their NPTL patches (this
won't hurt your system).
Oh - and double-check that you compiled your bbd with "-DZOMBIE".
