Book (as in a physical manifestation of a collection of knowledge)? 
No.....we....sort of. Craig Cook wrote a booklet-type document, which you 
can find on deadcat.net and print out. There's a smattering of stuff 
in a Wiki at http://www.blubrick.com/bb and 
for old timers like me, we consider the source code to be the authorative 
"book."

A good while ago, someone was writing a Big Brother "book" for SANS but 
I've not seen/heard anything about it for quite some time.
