{bb} Permanently the "wrong" colour

Hi all

Recently my BigBrother front page has been stuck on green - even though it 
is showing some items in red status.

I have tried deleting the html page from the server and waiting for it to 
be recreated but it keeps on coming back as green.

Does anyone have any ideas what I need to do to get this working properly again
