{bb} Bbconfigure issue

Problem happens every time I run bbconfigure...  Using Perl 5.8.0 if it
matters.

Here's the debug output.

Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/usr/local/bb/bin/bbconfigure line 457.
