- Thread-topic: Issue building bbgen
Hi
I think I probably have a general build problem, rather than strictly a
bbgen issue.
Anyway I am trying to 'make' bbgen 2.16, and I get (after a few objects
are successfully built), this is on the 2nd try of a make (so the errors
are immediately after I type make):
bb> make
gcc -g -O2 -Wall -Wno-unused -D_REENTRANT -DHAVE_RPCENT -DMAXMSG=16384
-DBBDPORTNUMBER=1984 -I/usr/local/include -c -o httptest.o httptest.c
In file included from digest.h:16,
from httptest.h:24,
from httptest.c:28:
/usr/local/ssl/include/openssl/evp.h:66:34: openssl/opensslconf.h: No
such file or directory
/usr/local/ssl/include/openssl/evp.h:70:30: openssl/ossl_typ.h: No such
file or directory
/usr/local/ssl/include/openssl/evp.h:72:30: openssl/symhacks.h: No such
file or directory
/usr/local/ssl/include/openssl/evp.h:75:25: openssl/bio.h: No such file
or directory
Etc
Etc
These files are in:
/usr/local/ssl/include/openssl/
I though my environment would have picked up:
openssl/*.h
From:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=:/usr/sfw/lib/:/usr/local/ssl/include/:/usr/local/includ
e/curl:/usr/local/ssl/lib
As the openssl dir is below:
/usr/local/ssl/include/
Any suggestions as to where I am going wrong would be appreciated.
Background:
Using Solaris 9 and gcc
Bb 1.9e
Larrd 0.43c
Using gcc
Openssl 0.9.7d - installed into /usr/local/ssl
Curl 7.11.0 (from a Solaris 8 build, but don't believe this is an issue)
- installed into /usr/local/lib and /usr/local/bin
Fping 2.2b1 (from a Solaris 8 build, but don't believe this is an issue)
- installed into /usr/local/sbin
My env is (now this is where I expect the issue is):
