Re: {bb} bbgen & https test

Marco,

It's not necessary to give any specific options to curl when using
bbgen. Simply putting 'https://host.domain.tld' in the bb-hosts line
should be enough. bbgen takes care of the rest, or should.

You said that the URL is redirected on the site in question, however
you are able to successfully test sites where the URL is not
redirected. Did you try Henrik's suggestion and run "curl -ik
https://my.web.server/"; from the command line on your BB server? I'd
try that, first. It may be that the redirection is causing your
problems. I'm not familiar enough with the Netscape Web server
software to tell you how it might differ in terms of URL redirection.
Is the URL redirected from the HTML page? Is it redirected to a site
that the BB server can access directly? The redirection may be
causing the problem, but I'll have to investigate further to find out
why.

distanza.

Saluti,
Ben Pitzer
