{bb} Do not get mails for error - only warn (?)

Hi Guys

We have an internal system that we have added to the BB system via status messages from the system.
When sending red status it works fine and change the web-page-color right away.

But the paging does not work som fine.
We get paged at purple "messages" but not red !

It seems to work fine with the other "standard" test, so mailserver etc worksfine...

The warnsetup line also seems fine
snapshot*;;*;;*;*;email@dom1.dk email@dom2.dk

And when looking at the info dot from bbget is also tranlated correct 
Services Ex.Services Weekdays Time Recipients 
All   All days 0000-2359 mail1 mail2

I'm running BB 1.9c, bbgen 2.10

Can this have to do with a malformed status from the internal system? - Or is it somewhere else?
