Does "snapshot" have a list of BBPAGERs? Clients send notifications
directly, rather than sending it to BBDISPLAY - after all, the BBDISPLAY
could be down and BB should still be functional.

(I added the footnotes and other info; it is based on my understanding
but I may have made a mistake somewhere.)
If "snapshot" does know the BBPAGERs then knowing its OS and how you're
generating the status (script?) would help.

We have an internal system that we have added to the BB system via
status messages from the system.
When sending red status it works fine and change the web-page-color
right away.
But the paging does not work som fine.
We get paged at purple "messages" but not red !
It seems to work fine with the other "standard" test, so mailserver etc
worksfine...
The warnsetup line also seems fine
