Are there any other events happening during the same time period? 
Remember, a pagetype of HOST means a no matter what or how many alerts are 
generated for a particular host, only one page is generated/sent.

It may also have to do with the paging rules you have set up.?.

Are you using a custom paging script as well or are you referring to the
