{bb} Training for BB install, optimization, administration

I would like to get up to speed quickly in BB. I have played with it a bit
and understand it fairly well, I think, but I would like a deeper
understanding and my boss has offered to send me to a course, if such
exists.

Any suggestions? Local to the Houston Area would be great.
