RE: {bb} Error Message

Title: Message
I've seen this happen when the sort command fails in the disk check processing.

This is usually indicative of sort not being able to allocate a large enough contiguous chunk of memory to run.  Depending on the OS version (this usually happens on Solaris in my experience) there may be a patch to fix the problem.  Check for a different version of sort that you can use, or look into why your system memory is fragmented to the point where large contiguous chunks are not available.

You might also be having problems with permissions on the BBHOME/tmp filesystem, or the disk might actually be full or out of inodes - but I haven't actually seen that as part of this problem.
