Actually, I want it to be more user friendly.
Example:
Subject: !BB - 1937410 ! MYSERVER.svcs in CRITICAL condition
Security Code (Trouble ticket #) - 1937410 MYSERVER.svcs is in CRITICAL condition. Alert sent at 11:04AM 24/09/04.

"Comprehensive"? I don't know how it could be more comprehensive than it already is. Each page contains the host, IP address, exact message from the test itself, an acknowledgment code. What more is there?
