{bb} Big Brother not sending all the alerts to pager.

I have Big Brother server (bb 1.9c on Red Hat 7.3) setup to send email
alerts to my pager and sometimes when a process turns red on the Big
Brother display it doesn't send an email to my pager, but most of the time
it does.

I have been looking at the BBOUT and this is what I found:

longer than BBSLEEP (500)

Does anyone have any ideas that could help me.
