{bb} ROracle notification issue.

Hi folks,

FOA, I am a BB newbie. I got everthing working normally but the notification 
of the ROracle script. The README file doesn´t say much about it  and I 
haven´t been able to find anything on the archives.

There are other events that work in the remote system (ftp, msgs, etc) but 
when I shutdown the database it doesn´t send an e-mail with the message 
although it is been shown on the http screen as red.
