{bb} bb-memory 3.1 now on deadcat - hp-ux fix, Win32 netstat collection

A small update for the bb-memory extension - version 3.1 is now
available on www.deadcat.net in the "Memory" section.

Compared to 3.0, this release fixes a bug on large HP-UX systems,
where the helper program would hit an integer overflow when computing
the size of memory.

For Win32 systems, the 3.1 release now also collects "netstat" data in
a form suitable for use by LARRD - a separate patch for the
netstat-larrd.pl script is included, based on LARRD 0.43c. So now you
can also see the network usage on your Windows boxes. (Yes, I know
this has nothing to do with memory, but I needed those statistics and
adding them to bb_memory was the easiest way of getting it).

For all other systems, there is no need to upgrade - nothing was
changed for them.
