BigBrother sends a mail for each lines that matches. So it will send a mail after 15 minutes for the first 2 lines, but also immediately for the line
"*;;*;;*;*;&DEFAULTPAGE"
since all tests matches this line.

My intention is to only get paged if something is down 15mins, and to me it looks like this should do the trick, but for some reason it isn't. I just get paged right away.
