Re: {bb} BB-Network Issue



Henrik,

I was going to post today; we only found it last night and we are in the middle of a major subnet migration.

I was actually surprised that others had not reported this. I only found it when you replied to someone about something else about using the fping tmp files under debug. One thought is that perhaps this is not an issue depending on what you compile fping on, in our case Fedora 2?

Anyway, thanks retroactively for pointing me in the right direction :)

We put a wrapper around fping to redirect stderr so it would stop doing this rather than messing with the source


I'll make sure this gets fixed properly for bbgen 3.2.
