The short answer is, you don't. Ack-ing a message tells other viewers
of the web pages that the problem is under investigation. The test is
never "turned off", so there is no need to "turn it back on". Once the
problem is fixed, the display will revert to normal.
Also, referring to your earlier post, re-installing the client software
will not help your problem. The tests (telnet, ssh, conn and ftp) are
all performed over the network and have nothing to do with the client.
The question mark prefix in the bb-hosts file should mean the those
tests will be displayed as "clear" (transparent) if unavailable rather
than "red".
If some of those tests have turned "red", please check the line near the
bottom of the web page for those tests which starts "Status message
received from ...". It's possible that ut might be a rogue BBNET
machine that's causing the problem.
