{bb} bbgen 3.2 released

bbgen version 3.2 was uploaded to www.deadcat.net a few minutes ago.

This release fixes two critical bugs in the earlier 3.x releases:

* When running fping, any error-output from fping would cause the
  outputfile to be garbled, resulting in sporadic reports of 
  failing ping-tests from bbtest-net.

* bbproxy would start using 100% cpu time if it received an empty
  request.


If you are currently running bbgen 3.x, upgrading to version 3.2
is highly encouraged.
