Apparently I didn’t understand how
purples work… I thought the timestamp would stop updating because it wasn’t
getting info. I guess I was wrong. I also found the problem and its unrelated

McKinnis Does anyone have any insight into the follow anomaly? On a particular machine, all of the local checks went purple
20 minutes ago. However, the “Last updated” timestamps on the bb
page for these alerts continue to update every 5 minutes. Why would they be
purple? I’ve restarted the bb client. Oddly though, it’s only the
regular bb local checks that are purple. The local external checks are still
green, and have the same updated timestamp as the purple checks. I have not
changed anything pertaining to BB, but that doesn’t mean other admins
haven’t perhaps mucked about with mounts and other machines today, but
much earlier. I’ve spoken to everyone and no one has done anything
recently. Any idea where I might start looking to find this problem? Thank you! ~Kim |
