{bb} e-mail notification

Hi folks,

I am new using BB. I´ve got everything working but e-mail notification. 
After fighting a lot i got an ext script roracle being working fine. But, on 
the other hand, normal column notification does not send an e-mail, for 
instance, proc or ftp.

Searching and searching i´ve found that the tmp files are generated as well 
as the entries in the notification file in acks.

Any help would be really appreciated.
