Re: {bb} e-mail notification

I would investigate reasons outgoing mail could be failing...

1. Check /var/log/maillog (/var/adm/syslog on Solaris). See if the mail 
actually got sent.
2. Check the incoming mail spool for the bb user (or root, depending on 
your mail setup) to see if there are any bounce messages.
3. Make sure bb can find your mail binary...probably good idea to run 
$BBHOME/etc/bbchkcmds.sh
4. Run /usr/bin/mailq...any mails in the outgoing queue?
5. Try sending an email from the bb server yourself manually and see if 
you get it: echo testing | mail -s "test" mymail@domain.com

If everything above is okay, and especially if #5 works then its 
definitely some problem with your BB config.
