It was not working becasue I forgot to patch the larrd-grapher.cgi

This is the part I missed to follow

# Patch the larrd-grapher.cgi CGI script
# (only if you use LARRD 0.43c)
cd /var/www/cgi-bin
patch <$SRC/bbpatches/larrd-grapher.patch

Its all working perfect now.
