{bb} Disable recovery pages for msgs events?

Has anyone done a mod to disable recovery pages for msgs events? I find 
them annoying since in the case of a msgs alert, nothing actually 
recovered, the alert just expires.  I find recovery pages very useful 
for all other event types.
