Hey folks,
I'm trying to setup BB so that I can ack alerts via e-mail. I am
running bb1.9e on Fedora FC2.
It sends out an alert when a server is down, from
bb@myhost.mydomain.com. BB is a real user on the box. In /home/bb/
I created a .forward file that looks like this:
cat /home/bb/.forward
|/opt/bb/bb/bin/bb-mailack.sh
And yes, that's the correct path...
file /opt/bb/bb/bin/bb-mailack.sh
/opt/bb/bb/bin/bb-mailack.sh: Bourne shell script text executable
But when I reply to an e-mail, it reaches my BB server, and ends up in
/var/spool/mail/bb. But I can't tell if it uses the .forward. It
doesn't seem to kick off the script? Nothing in BBOUT, and the alert
doesnt get acknowledged?
Where should I look? Thanks!
Shane
