Yes, I am using the web interface for the report. There is nothing shown
in apache's error logs, and here is what the access log looks like:

192.168.0.12 - user [29/Oct/2004:11:16:56 -0400] "GET
/cgi-bin/bb-rep.sh?start-mon=Oct&start-day=1&start-yr=2004&end-mon=Oct&end-day=31&end-yr=2004&style=crit&SUB=Generate+Report
HTTP/1.1" 200 2572 "http://helpdesk.xxxxxxxx.org/bb/help/bb-rep.html";
"Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041026
Firefox/1.0RC1" 0 helpdesk
192.168.0.12 - user [29/Oct/2004:11:16:57 -0400] "GET
/bb/rep/30472-1099063016/ HTTP/1.1" 200 889 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U;
Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041026 Firefox/1.0RC1" 0
helpdesk

The second request is what I see, just an empty listing of the
/bb/rep/30472-109906301 directory. The only thing in the $BBHOME/tmp
directory is the BBPID file...
