My first guess would be that your ext scripts might not be respecting
your configured setting for FQDN. You should be able to get a clue from
the bb2 page (the icon with two arrows at the top of the main page. All
reported non-green messages should be displayed there, so you can
compare the name that the script is reporting under.
A more direct method is to have a look through the contents of the
$BBVAR/logs directory to see if there are any logs that are reporting
with names that you are not expecting.
