I don't know if it's exactly what you want, but it describes what you are looking for ,for the graphing aspect. it's called larrd-graphs.cgi. Deadcat has it, but it's for the graphs only, not the tests. But it allows you to see a variety of graphs from a variety of servers, compared over whatever preset time period you select (hour, day, month, year).
