{bb} current version of LARRD

What is the current version of larrd and where can I find it?

I just downloaded 0.43c from Dead Cat, but the file dates are all from
early 2003. The installation docs make reference to things that don't
exist in BB version 1.9e such as $BBHOME/etc/bb-config. The docs even
refer to $LARRDHOME/tmp which also doesn't exist.

I've had BB up and running for a few months and now want to check out
larrd.
