{bb} starrd/rrdtool/larrd

hello,

I am upgrading our BB but can't get the hang of the graphing. I have 
installed rrdtool and it looks like it is working (ie creating files) 
but I can't seem to get any graphs in BBHOME/www/statrrd/graphs. Do I 
need larrd to create the graphs? I get the statrrd column on the BB 
screen but when I drill down to where there should be  list of graphs to 
compile, all I have is the actual html code.
I've been grappeling with this for a couple of days now and seem to be 
getting nowhere. Any help would be very gratefully recieved.
