{bb} Larrd proc graphs not working

Hey all -

  I've (finally) had some time to play around with larrd and I'm running
the same issue that Satish Kumar did back in May.  I don't see any other
relevant posts on the topic.

  Specifically the larrd graphs for disk, cpu, tcp, and users seem to be
working fine.  I have no errors in the web logs, BBOUT, or LARRDOUT.
Where the larrd proc graph should be is a link that says "larrd is
accumulating procs".

  When I click the link, I was getting an error about the onebyone.png,
but I commented that line out and I know get a image that says "The
image (my url) cannot be displayed, because it contains errors".  I have
confirmed that rrd files do exist for procs in the bbvar/rrd directory.

  My system is bb1.9e, larrd 0.43c, on RHEL3.0.
