RE: {bb} failover for bigbrother ?
I looked at the failover script and i didn't like this :
have to define a second BBDISPLAY BBPAGER on all bbagent
-i'm sure i'll forget some bbagent,
-i'll need to do lots of firewall/acl filtering..again
-i'm too lazy for all that
so..
i did it a different way - with heartbeat (linux).
(basicly the heartbeat "holds" a floating ip between the primary and the standby
server; when the primary fails, the heartbeat steals the primary'ip and starts
bbserver - and i do simple daily rsync of the bb fs)
